Our Shipping Policy

Shipping times vary by delivery address. For delivery within the UK, we aim to deliver all orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday within 1-3 working days from dispatch. 

Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal periods will result in delayed delivery times. 

Our Refund/ Returns Policy

Please read carefully to our  refund/ returns policy. We only offer refunds to returned, undamaged, unopened goods. If the product has been tampered, opened, damaged, used, no refund will be given. If the product has been lost, damaged, or destroyed in transit we offer replacement only, No refund.
